The Tiger Storm Copter was released carded in 2004 with Wild Bill (v8), Recondo (v4), Sand Viper (v3), and a 16 page Valor vs Venom Comic Book, written by Larry Hama.
The Tiger Storm Copter was a repaint of the Missile Storm Copter (2003), which used many parts from the Cobra F.A.N.G. 3 (2002).
The Tiger Storm Copter featured Sound Attack technology and a firing missile.
