The Ninja Lightning Cycle was released carded in U.S. toy stores in 2004, originally as a Target exclusive. It was part of the Valor vs Venom line and came with the figure, Storm Shadow.
The Ninja Lightning Cycle features a firing missile, working kickstand, and rotating tires and was a repainted to make the Ninja Lightning Cycle (2004).
