The A.P.C. Transport was released boxed with three Cobra B.A.T.s (v7) in 2004. The A.P.C. Transport was part of the Valor vs. Venom line, held at least twenty-two figures, featured a raising and firing launcher, and was a Toys R Us exclusive. The A.P.C. Transport was a repaint of the Monster Blaster A.P.C. (1993).
Driver/Pilot: COBRA B.A.T. (v7)
Cobra B.A.T. (version 7) was released with the A.P.C. Transport in the twentieth series (2004) as a Toys R Us exclusive for the Valor vs Venom line. Three Cobra B.A.T.s were packaged in each set.
