Joe Black Ops (Shockwave) came with the following weapons: hat with balaclava, vest, goggles, night vision headset, sideshot blaster, missile, pistol, clip, another pistol, two grenades, a small dog tag, a large dog tag, two weapons crate handles, two weapons crate latches, and a two part weapons case.

G.I. Joe Black Ops (Shockwave) was created using the head of Wet-Suit and the body of Lockdown with new hands and measures 8.5 inches tall.
G.I. Joe Black Ops (Shockwave) is articulated at the neck, shoulders, elbows, wrists, chest, waist, legs, knees, calves, and ankles. Note that he also has a spring-loaded hinge in his right hand - the "Kung Fu Grip."
