Per Previews text, the statue is described as follows:

A Diamond Select Release! As Cobra's main arms supplier, the
villainous Destro knows
his way around an assault rifle or two. This 7" statue features the
iron-clad tactician mid-
scheme as he plots his next assault on G.I. Joe headquarters.
Sculpted by Plan B and
limited to 1,000 pieces, each statue features a hand-numbered base
with matching box
and Certificate of Authenticity.
Scheduled to ship in March 2007.
