Pictured above is a U.K. carded version of Law & Order. While released in 1987 in the U.S., he was released in 1989 in Europe.

Note that the toy is still part of the Action Force toyline. The following year, the toyline would be renamed G.I.Joe: The Action Force and in 1991 the toyline would be renamed G.I.Joe.
