United Kingdom - File: Hovercraft and Cutter

Before the European toy company Palitoy completely incorporated G.I.Joe figures, vehicles, and characters into their storylines, the Action Force line was its own, completely separate entity - with its own heroes and villains.

Pictured above is a file for the Hovercraft, the W.H.A.L.E., and the character Cutter. This file was published in the Action Force comic books - it reprinted the filecard data for Cutter, along with some information and artwork of the Hovercraft.
