Firstly, note that the figure includes an Action Point - unlike the flag points that all U.S. figures came with.
Also, note that the birthplace of Dial-Tone has been changed. In the U.S. release, the character was born in E., Oregon. In this UK version, he was born on the Swiss-Italian border.
