Pictured above is a mint-on-card Bullhorn from Spain. While released in 1990 in the U.S., he was released in 1992 in Spain as Asta De Toro (translated into English from Spanish as Spear of the Bull).

The cardstock and bubble quality of the European G.I.Joe figures is very comparable to the U.S. G.I.Joe figures.
