Pictured above is an insert that featured various G.I.Joe mail-away offers. The insert was given away with copies of the Dutch language G.I.Joe comic book. Available in the insert was a G.I.Joe t-shirt, a G.I.Joe hat, the Weapons Transport, and Incognito (Hooded Cobra Commander).

The insert is probably from 1988 or 1989.
