Pictured above is the Italian release of Static Line. While released in 1990 in the U.S., he was released in 1991 in Italy with the name Para' Demolitor.

The cardstock and bubble quality of the European G.I.Joe figures is very comparable to the U.S. G.I.Joe figures.
