Artic Blast (India) Description: The Indian release Artic Blast was made using the same mold as the U.S.A. version and was released by the Funskool toy company in 1996. Note that the Indian release is lighter in color than the U.S.A. release. It was packaged with one random figure. Note that box art is different than the U.S.A. Version.  It depicts Windchill, Stalker (v2), and Downtown; three figures that were never released by Funskool.
