Europe - Night Creeper w/Missile Firing Backpack

In the 1992 series of G.I.Joe figures released in Europe, many featured all-new card art and all new accessories, to spotlight the new spring-loaded firing missile weapons. The European Night Creeper did not come with his traditional backpack, but instead included a recolored version of the missile firing backpack available with the U.S. version of Mercer (v2) (1991). Other figures released in Europe in 1992, like Desert Scorpion, also included this missile firing backpack.
