This Brazilian catalog was released in 1987.
Note that the catalog pictured the artwork for the vehicle, not images of the actual figures and vehicles.
The cover art seems to have been inspired by the old G.I.Joe Adventure Team logos from the 1970s.

Eight action figures - seven of them were first available in the United States. The eighth is the Brazilian exclusive Cobra de Aco.

Armor Vehicles
The Cobra HISS Tank and the Wolverine missle tank. Note the driver of the Wolverine is Hawk - not Cover Girl.
