Pictured above is the carded Brazilian figure, Ciclon, produced as part of the Comandos em Ação toyline by the Estrela toy company in 1991. He was released in the United States as the Overlord in 1990.
Note that the figure was not released carded in the United States. In the U.S., he was released boxed with the Dictator tank. The artwork for the carded Ciclon is exclusive to Brazil. Also note that Ciclon is a member of the Forca Destro subset - the Brazilian equivalent of Iron Grenadiers.
The backside of the card includes images and names of other Brazilian figures and vehicles sold in 1991.
