Brazil - Comandos em Ação History - Falcon
While he was released in the U.S. as Communications Officer, Codename: Breaker, in Brazil he was released as Radio Alerta, Nome de Código : Falcon. The name translates as Radio Alert, Codename: Falcon.
Falcon was part of the first Comandos em Ação series in 1984. He's a straight-arm figure, has no date stamp on the body, and even lacks the raised Estrela lettering usually found on the back of Brazilian figures. The figure came with the same accessories as the U.S. version - a black headset, a dark green helmet, and a dark green backpack.
This figure was noteworthy because of the choice of name. Falcon was also the name of the 12" G.I.Joe figures from the 1970s. This figure was intended to link the 12" G.I.Joes of the 70s with the Comandos em Ação figures of the 80s. The 12" Falcon is also pictured above.
