Belgium: 1988 Promotional Booklet

Pictured is 1988 promotional booklet written in French and Dutch. It was possibly used in both Belgium and the Netherlands, and it introduced several new G.I.Joe and Cobra characters. On the reverse side was a mail-in offer for Storm Shadow.
