In 1989, the promotional flyer pictured above was given out for free at toy stores in Belgium. Written in Flemish, it was available in the Flemish parts of Belgium. It was also printed as a newspaper advertisement.
In addition to depicting the European 1989 assortment, it also includes the address for the G.I.Joe fan club and one free Flag Point. There were also 2 more free Flag Points if the toy store stamped the flyer.
