Pictured above is a page from the 1989 G.I.Joe Dossiers available in Belgium. The dossiers had checklists of new vehicles and characters. In addition to a picture of each figure and vehicle, the opposing page includes filecard information in French and Dutch. The dossiers depicted the entire 1989 collection.
