Belgium: Desert Scorpion

Pictured above is a Belgian carded Desert Scorpion. The card is entirely written in both French and Dutch. While released in 1991 in the U.S., it was released in 1992 in Europe.

Most noteworthy is that many of 1992 series of figures released in Europe featured all-new card art and new accessories, to spotlight the new spring-loaded firing missile weapons. The European Desert Scorpion did not come with its traditional accessories, but instead included the missile firing backpack available with the U.S. version of Mercer (v2) (1991).
