Pictured above is a carded Argentinian figure - Sgto Slaughter. Released by the Plastirama toy company, this version of Sgt Slaughter was only available in Argentina.

The artwork for the Argentinian Sgto Slaughter is all-new. - though it is loosely based on the U.S. version of Sgt Slaughter art.

Like in many nations, Hasbro licensed out G.I.Joe to a local toy company. In this case, the Argentinian company Plastirama aquired the molds and made these figures. The paint mask is nowhere near as sharp as domestically released figures.
