Long Summary Cobra is the victim of an unknown attacker. This attacker has taken over one of Corba’s satellites and is using it against both US and Cobra targets (to include Cobra Island) Cobra Commander forms an alliance with Hawk and GEN Johnson (a new character). They form a plan to go into space and repair or destroy the satellite that is malfunctioning. The Joes go into orbit on the Defiant with CC and some vipers and repair the satellite at the last minute. The mysterious threat simply views the defeat as a intelligence gathering mission on both Cobra and G.I. Joe. Before the Joes leave orbits to return to Earth, they give CC a little surprise, they destroy the Cobra satellite.
