Long Summary The Joes face a new threat from Raptor. He, along with some Cobra scientists, have developed a “super” soldier drug, and unleash drugged up soldiers on the Joe team. The new Cobra soldiers are near indestructible, but almost mindless and the drugs are unstable. The Joe begin to work around the clock to find some thing to counteract the drug that Raptor is pumping into his troops. The drug has unforeseen side effects in that the troops begin to operate even after their bodies had been ripped in half by machine gun fire. The Joe team discovers a way to counteract the drugs and reduces Raptor’s forces to nothing. The Joes take CC and Raptor into custody at the end. Summary by: Phil Kost of JoeReloaded.com
