Long Summary Destro explains Alexander's ruse to Cobra Commander, and to repay the damage done to the Cobra organization offers to assist Cobra. He also gives Cobra Commander the mask that Alexander used during the impersonation, and also hands over Lilian Osborne (Mistress Armada). The Joes return to base with the suitcase they intercepted last issue, and turn it over to Tripwire. Another squad of Joes ambushes a snowmobile that contains the real nuclear suitcase, which Cobra is trying to smuggle in through Canada. Hawk explains that he new about the false information from Cobra, and that he also knows that Storm Shadow has infiltrated the base. Storm Shadow defeats most of the Joes he encounters, including Stalker, Tripwire, Clutch, Shipwreck, Flint, Wet Suit and Kamakura, but is confronted by Snake Eyes on the last page.
