Long Summary The Joes attack the shipment of the nuclear suitcase, and successfully retrieve it. Beachhead returns to train the Joe recruits. Cobra Commander attacks Destro's Trans-Carpathian castle, which leads to a standoff. Destro explains that he didn't try to take over Cobra, his son did. Hawk learns that the budget cuts he's learned of means a cap on the Joe roster. Storm Shadow hitches a ride on the bottom of a S.H.A.R.C. returning from retreiving the nuclear suitcase.
