Long Summary

The Joe team of Stalker, Leatherneck and Recondo lead by Scarlett are sent on an urgent mission to Uzbekistan. A terrorist group is set to blow up an oil pipeline and the Joes must stop them. After fast roping to the ground a truck drives up with an American with his camera. Amazingly, Scarlett and the man recognize each other. The man is Travis Bucknell, a former college romantic relationship. Because GI Joe is a secret organization and all operatives are believed to be dead, this causes a major compromise of the mission and possibly the entire GI Joe team, especially because of the location and situation in which they are meeting. Stalker asks her how she is going to solve this situation.

Scarlett gives Stalker the command of the unit as she goes off with Bucknell. She is going to handle Bucknell. Stalker, Leatherneck and Recondo proceed to their designation to set up a guard post not to pleased.

In the truck, Bucknell is asking suspicious questions about her and knows that she was supposed to have died in a car accident in Georgia. Because she is carrying a gun and dress in military clothing he wants to knows what has happened to her. Scarlett is very evasive as they pull into a compound that is filled with terrorists. Scarlett punches Bucknell in the face and tries drive the truck out of the compound but she is cornered and captured after a brief fight. But she does succeed in destroying Bucknell's camera and any recorded evidence of her existence.

At the oil pipeline, Stalker gives the ok for Leatherneck to sniper a terrorist as Recondo kills another that is on an ATV.

In the compound, Scarlett and Bucknell are tied together. Scarlett understands that they need to escape as quick as possible. But before she makes her escape she uses her body mike to report to Stalker her situation and surroundings. She has Bucknell pull a barrette out of her hair, which actually contains sharp blade inside it. She releases herself and just as she is about to release Bucknell he starts screaming for the guards. As they enter Scarlett takes off running away. Bucknell starts to plead his case that he was helping them, but the terrorist doesn't believe him and just executes him.

Scarlett makes her way out into an open field as the terrorists start shooting at her. A man with a machine gun on an ATV comes racing up to Scarlett. She thinks the man is going to kill her but he turns the gun on the terrorists and starts firing at them pinning them down. Stalker takes off his helmet, Scarlett smiles and jumps on the back of the ATV. She confirms that the compromising situation has been handled.

In The Pit, Dial Tone is guiding a drone to the compound. Stalker has called in an air strike just as a truck filled with terrorists is about to leave. Dial Tone detonates the drone, which completely destroys everything and every one in the compound. Stalker and Scarlett clear the area.

Later in The Pit, Hawk is asking Scarlett about her report he wants to know, especially regarding her history with Snake Eyes, if anything was left off the report. She says "All relevant details have been included. We all came back and the other guys didn't sir. No other incidents worth NOTING, sir." She is implying that she left out of the report that fact that her identity was compromised.
