Long Summary
A doctor is examining Snake Eyes' burns. He discovers that he actually has two sets of burns one is partially chemical.
In a flashback, Snake Eyes sees the guy who is only known as Chimera leaving the recovery room he is in. Chimera says "What's the use of getting a new face if half this clinic knows what I look like." He walks out the door as Snake Eyes reaches for the phone. A little later Snake Eyes is blown out a window at the clinic as the building and all the people inside it are completely blown up. The firefighters find Snake Eyes on the ground half burnt but alive.
The doctor's analysis is that with proper healing it maybe possible to perform reconstructive surgery on his face. And he adds that it he needs to be moved to a proper medical facility.

This examination is taking place in a run down hotel room near Las Vegas under the supervision of Scarlett. She leaves a knife for Snake Eyes as she blindfolds the doctor to return him to his place of work. She advises him "to deny everything you can't forget."

At Fort Nellis Air Force Base, Hawk has given Duke his orders. Chimera has hacked into FBI database and stolen hundreds of files on home grown anti-government groups, anarchists, tax resistors, survivalists, etc. Duke exits the plane as Scarlett brings the doctor on board. Hawk is making an unscheduled stop.

At Arlington National Cemetery, Stalker and an unknown Army Ranger are the only two standing over a soldier being buried. The soldier is supposed to be Snake Eyes. The Army Ranger tosses a knife into the grave and says "What he could do with that pig sticker. It seemed to come out of nowhere. Strike like a side-winder That's why we called him "The Snake Man"

In Montana, a guy named Wilson walks into a restaurant to pick up his order, when he looks over at a computer screen that has his picture on it. He confronts the man who is at that computer. Chimera immediately pulls a gun on Wilson.

Back at the motel, Duke and Scarlett give Snake Eyes the Silver Star medal then leave to go get dinner. They drive out into the middle of the desert to connect by satellite to Hawk. But before that Duke talks to Scarlett about an event that happened to her in Bosnia.

In a flashback, Scarlett is disguised as a peasant woman when she is assaulted by three men who know she is an undercover agent. She easily defeats them and then kills them with a knife in order to protect herself.

Near the Utah/Nevada border, Hawk has information on four outlaw tax resistors that are currently holding up a bank. This is one of a series of robberies in which they have used the money to buy their supplies; MRE's Bottled water, weapons and ammo that are being stock piled somewhere. Hawk wants to find out where they are stocking piling these weapons. Heavy Duty is sent into the bank to capture them. Heavy Duty picks up his .50 cal machine gun and just walks up to the front door and knocks on it.

Inside, the first robber looks through the window as Heavy Duty punches right through the window knocking out the robber. Then as he charges in jabs the barrel of .50 cal into another robber. Then moving very fast disarms another, just as the fourth runs out of the bank. The fourth robber jumps in a SUV as Heavy Duty chases him out and jumps in Hawk's car as they give pursuit. Heavy Duty left the bank guard to hold the robbers.

At the motel, two thieves, Luke and John sneak into Snake Eyes room; Luke picks up the Silver Star and asks John "hey you were in the Army? You know what this is worth?" John, who has a Ranger tattoo on his arm, tells Luke that they are leaving and not stealing the TV. They do and Snake Eyes releases his grip on the knife he was holding.

At a cabin in the woods, Chimera and Wilson enter where a room full of anarchists is waiting. Chimera, wearing C-4, opens his brief case which is filled with stacks of money. The leader speaks up to protest and Chimera just shoots him right in the head. Then says "Any other objections? Good. Now who here really wants to help me stick it to Uncle Sam?"

Duke and Scarlett return with dinner, they notice the door has been jimmied opened; they bust in guns pulled and see the room exactly as they left it.
