Hawk is screaming at Scarlett. He has set up a form of court martial. Since none of the Joe team are official members of the US military, it isn't an official court martial. But what Hawk is doing is having the proceedings broadcast throughout The Pit's close circuit television system. Every Joe in the base is watching. Hawk wants to know why Scarlett has been having secret unauthorized communications with renegade Joe agent Snake Eyes. In the mess hall, Torpedo, Beach Head, Duke, Rock 'n' Roll and Dial Tone are watching Scarlett. Dial Tone makes a comment about how Scarlett broke the rules regarding communications with outside units from The Pit. Duke gets really mad, insults her and storms out. Beach Head then say "I think you need a history lesson."
Friday -- Nevada Desert above The Pit Hawk continues the interrogation. Now he is asking her questions about the name cobra. He makes a comment that Mainframe and Snake Eyes are the two Joes that have run off chasing phantoms. And he believes this cobra is just a mission name for an operation. Scarlett reminds him that the robots that attacked The Pit, the military arms that were on two different ships all have ties to MARS and Cobra. Hawk then changes the subject to Snake Eyes. He wants to know how long she has been having the secret communications with him. Her answer is six months. He has been providing intel to her and she has been giving him leads. And the last communication, which came from the computer of Nico Mandirobilis (See GI Joe #6), was interrupted and she hasn't heard from him since. In a flashback, Snake Eyes is escaping from a sinking ship with a computer laptop with its hard drive intact. Scarlett continues to argue that Cobra has to be for real and is a mounting treat. She is unsure if Cobra is an organization, a person or the name of an operation but she does know that something large is out their controlling events and the hard drive that Snake Eyes has contains some key information that is needed to start solving this mystery. Hawk agrees to wait for the information.
Saturday -- The Pit As they recover, they wonder who just saved Shipwreck. A blond female steps up in her swimsuit and introduces herself as Cover Girl. As Shipwreck coughs out some water he says "Your codename suits you" and her response is "So does yours, Shipwreck"
Sunday -- The Pit
Monday -- In Kowloon, Hong Kong, China. Didn't have time to download.Really mad Snake Eyes throws the device out of the window where it is destroyed. Back in The Pit, Scarlett is surrounded by Hawk, Duke & Dial Tone as she hits send on the message Snake Eyes received. Dial Tone is unable to track his location before the signal goes dead. She does report that in the few files that they were able to download, there is mentions of both Cobra and MARS, but nothing to prove Scarlett's theory. She can only wait for Snake Eyes to save her from a court martial. In the Fobbit Hole (a computer lab), Brainstorm and several technicians are analyzing the remains of one of the robots that recently just attacked The Pit. As he investigates he discovers a manufacturer's die mark, it is the clue he needs to determine who made the robot. All of sudden a timer starts ticking down giving them only 20 seconds to clear before it blows up.
