Hasbro Full Size Comics

Hasbro - Amazon & Walmart Exclusives

In August & September 2009, two Hasbro produced comics were released exclusive to Amazon.com & Walmart.com. No figures were released with these issues. These comics are stand alone issues written by Larry Hama and not part of any particular continuity. Both retail outlets gave the comic away free with a purchase of GI Joe The Rise of Cobra items but the Amazon one was available for direct purchase. These offers were only available online through their websites. The comic were never available at any retail store.

Hasbro 25th Anniversary 2 Figure Comic Packs

Hasbro for the 25th Anniversary line, starting in 2008, released 2 figure comic packs. This time, though, they included newly painted covers, in homage to the original artwork. Later releases included original stories taking place within the timeframe of previously published issues written by Larry Hama.
