Not one to be left out of the fun, Hasbro itself has created unique comic books of their own brand. These stories are usually only available with the purchase of G.I. Joe toys, and so are not as easy to find in your local comic book shop.
25th Anniversary Comic Packs (Reprints, 2008-2009)
Starting in 2008, Hasbro began publishing full sized reprints of original Marvel G.I. Joe comics that were included with exclusive figure 2-packs.
25th Anniversary Comic Packs (Original Stories, 2008-2009)
Larry Hama began writing exclusive comics that weaved in and out of the original Marvel continuity. These comics were often one-shots that focused the stories on the included toys, while others are companions to famous Marvel issues.
3 3/4" Comic Packs (Reprints, 2004-2006)
In 2004, Hasbro introduced 3-packs of figures based on the Marvel and Devil's Due comics. Each comic is a reprint of a significant or iconic issue.
