Long Summary

Cobra Commander finds himself unable to gun down Snake Eyes and Scarlett at the base of the castle, while Hawk and his team fight off more B.A.T.s at the top of the castle. Storm Shadow decides to attack Snake Eyes on his own, but is angered to learn that Snake Eyes has been taught the ways of the Arashikage Secret Scrolls.

Hawk's team hitches a ride down to the base of the castle on a Flight Pod, but they are cornered by Destro, who has gained control of the targeting module. Wild Bill swoops in to make the save in the Tomahawk, which was repaired with the parts of a downed MAMBA.

Hawk calls Joe Colton, asking for a laser shot to destroy the targeting device, but the Jugglers try to stop Colton. Jane and Joe attack the Jugglers, and fire the shot. Destro realizes that the Joes may try this and moves the computer console, making the laser miss. Following Cobra Commander's orders, Destro plugs the console into the computer system.

Back in New York, Colton finds out that the whole mission was a set up, the targeting module was just a device to deliver a virus into Cobra's systems and the Joe team was used to make Cobra believe that.

One week after the battle, Storm Shadow confronts Billy in the storm drains as Billy is leaving. Billy explains that his head is a little messed up after the Brainwave Scanner was hooked into the central computer system and that he has to leave for awhile. Storm Shadow explains that he has gone back to his ninja ways and will confront his problems and Snake Eyes when the time comes.

A month after that, Stalker receives a letter from Scarlett. Timber has passed away, but a new wolf pup has taken his place.
