Dreamwave
An independant publisher that held the Transformers comics license from Hasbro, Dreamwave Productions produced a unique take on the G.I. Joe and Transformers crossover. Sadly, financial difficulties cause the closure of Dreamwave before they could finish their second crossover series.

Transformers: G.I.Joe, from Dreamwave Productions, was a six issue series in a World War II setting. Published by Dreamwave starting in 2003.
Transformers/G.I.Joe - Divided Front
Transformers/G.I.Joe - Divided Front brought the story into the early 80's. Only one issue was released in 2004 because Dreamwave lost the license to publish Transformers.
