Long Summary Inside a Police station in London, Flint, Crankcase, and Barbeque attempt in vain to convince a particularly stubborn Police Officer of a threat against on of the busiest streets in the city, Wardour Street. The Police demand proof that the threat is real before conducting such a task, and Flint obliges by producing a map secured from a Cobra base pinpointing Wardour Street. Unconvinced, the Police Officer notes that perhaps Cobra wanted to do some shopping, which leads Flint to snap back that Action Force had just prevented Cobra from destroying the Eiffel Tower, so the threat is real. Flint then asks if the Police can guarantee that Cobra isn't planning the same thing for London, to which there is no reply. On Wardour Street itself, Lady Jaye, Dusty, and Footloose search in vain for the bomb. While they run into several dead ends, Lady Jaye stops to admire a baby in a stroller. As she kneels down to get a better look, the woman knocks her back, revealing the baby to be the bomb they have been searching for and the woman a Crimson Guardsman. She attempts to flee, but is quickly apprehended by Footloose. As Footloose contacts Flint to advise him the emergency is over, Lady Jaye picks up the bomb for a closer inspection. As she does, the Crimson Guardsman tells her that she has unwittingly started the countdown to detonation. In addition to the countdown, the bomb is also on a trembler switch which will go off at the slightest movement, leaving Lady Jaye holding a bomb as the seconds tick by.
