Long Summary A Cobra Hydrofoil attacks a mob family meeting on a boat in Venice, sinking it. A Cobra Trooper passes on a warning to reconsider Cobra Commander's offer to one of the representatives, Tito Meira. Trent briefs the Action Force team, and he knows where the next attack is planned. Flint demands to know where he got the information from, when Destro walks in the room and introduces himself, shocking the Action Force team.
