Long Summary Destro is upset that Flint had attacked him in M.A.R.S. headquarters. Destro blames both Cobra Commander and Flint for the assault, and Storm Shadow is sent to attack Flint. Scarlett and Trent meet in Trafalgar Square as Flint visits a sick friend (Lady Jaye). Storm Shadow swoops in and attacks, kidnapping Scarlett. As Destro learns that Storm Shadow has captured Scarlett, Snake Eyes suits up for battle.
