| Long Summary
Scarlett and Snake Eyes enter the Action Force base through the secret passageway in the London Underground subway. Flint meets the two American agents and informs them that the COBRA Eel is safely incarcerated. Unbeknownst to them, the Eel has incapacitated Footloose and is on the run!
Snake Eyes and Scarlett ask to use the SIMCOM (Simulated Combat) room, where the COBRA EEL has escaped to. Scarlett is speared by a harpoon, and the COBRA Eel escapes into the Thames river. Flint hopes to track the COBRA agent back to their headquarters.
