Destro is in Morocco to 'pay his respects' to Farouk, who was believed killed in Action Force 10. Farouk is still alive and well. When a servant sees that, he attempts to contact ACTION FORCE, but is shot in the back by an arrow from Destro's wrist. In Farouk's inner sanctum, Destro and Farouk discuss M.A.R.S. (Military Armaments Reseach Systems) business. One of the subsidiary companies is names Silversmile. Destro takes some time to 'relax' by fighting some COBRA troopers, stating that there is no more versatile weapon than the human body. Later, Destro is thrilled that ACTION FORCE's attention has been turned away from North Africa. Destro also claims that he is in charge of COBRA, and not Cobra Commander.
