Long Summary Dusty, Alpine and Lady Jaye are in Casablanca, the capital city of Morocco, to meet with a Cobra defector. Immediately after they make contact with the defector, Farouk, he is shot with a poison dart fired by the snake charmer. Dusty and Alpine pursue the snake charmer, leaving Lady Jaye with Farouk. The snake charmer mounts a horse, so Dusty and Alpine head for their A.W.E. Striker. Unfortunately, someone stole the tires off the A.W.E. Striker, so Alpine procures a pair of horses. During the pursuit, Farouk is telling Lady Jaye that Cobra Commander intends to take control of the world oil market. Alpine and Dusty are ambushed by two more Cobra agents, but when Action Force gets the upper hand the Cobras commit suicide with venom capsules. Lady Jaye has learned that Cobra has taken over the Argent Corporation oil rig in the North Sea, and they are planning to destroy it and kill all the people on board.
