| Notes of Interest
Flint & Co. take their assignments from a Ministry of Defense official by the name of Mr. Trent, who dies later in the series and is replaced by Hawk. Lady Jaye's name is frequently mispelled in the series. Barbecue is frequently featured in more of a "flame-weapons specialist" role, rather than just rescue/firefighting..

| Long Summary
Gun Boat!
It's evening at London's Dockland where a party aboard the Royal Atlantic luxury boat is just underway. While preparing to board, Lady Jaye and Flint (both undercover in uncomfortable formal wear), flash-back to their mission briefing two hours earlier. At the London AF base, Mr. Trent briefs the team; informing them that Destro plans to sell a shipment of weapons to Cobra. The deal will be made secretly aboard a luxury liner during a party with innocent civilians aboard. Action Force's primary mission is to make sure the craft does not make it to open sea with the illegal weapons cache intact. Flint's plan is to secure the boat's bridge, while he and Lady Jaye pose as partygoers. Barbecue is assigned to locate the arms cache and set incendiary bombs, while Shipwreck is to locate the engine room and disable the motors. Footloose serves as both lookout and as Action Force's communications link.
As the operation begins, Footloose reports to Flint & Lady Jaye while boarding that there's nothing unusual to report from his lookout. Acting overconfident and bored, Footloose ignores a pair of pastry chefs unloading a large cake from a truck and loading it on board the boat. The pastry chefs are really Cobra Commander and Destro in disguise, the payment for the arms shipment is hidden inside the cake. Destro asserts that he's overseeing this business deal with Cobra in person rather than through subordinates because of his lack of trust for Cobra Commander. While just outside, Barbecue is caught sneaking aboard by an undercover Cobra agent with a revolver. But Shipwreck saves his buddy, and shoots the Cobra with a gun that's silencer equipped.
At the party, Flint informs Footloose that as soon as Lady Jaye clears the boat of civilians, it's time to "strike". But Footloose is ambushed by an Eel, and Flint loses contact with his teammate. Footloose successfully disarms the Eel, but the scene is cut short. Meanwhile, with Shipwreck's help, Lady Jaye convinces the passengers that the boat is on fire and helps them all evacuate. When Flint reaches the bridge, he's surprised by three more Cobra Eels and is forced to surrender to Cobra Commander and Destro. Storm Shadow then appears and informs Cobra Commander that Barbecue ". . .has been neutralized. However, I was too late to prevent him from priming the charges he had set. They cannot be defused. . ." There's only four minutes until the arms shipment explodes. And to Flint's satisfaction, Cobra cannot recover this operation. Just then, Footloose shoots up the bridge, giving Flint time to fight his way free. During the commotion, Cobra Commader and Destro escape to a Cobra Hydrofoil parked alongside the party boat. Destro reassures Cobra Commander that he can hook him up with another shipment of arms later at a very reasonable price. Action Force jumps ship just before it explodes.
Later, the AF members regroup and find Barbecue alive and realize that Storm Shadow must have knocked him out and threw him overboard. Barbecue also notes that he didn't blow the ship up because he got KOed before he was able to prime the charges. Footloose wonders who really set the charges to go off.
