Classified Ads House Rules

BUY/SELL/TRADE BOARDS

• The boards are intended for 3 3/4" G.I.Joe: ARAH or related ads. Do not post anything for sale that is not G.I.Joe related. Ie, no Playmobil, Transformers, etc.
• Offering to trade G.I.Joe for non-G.I.Joe items - or vice versa - is acceptable.
• Don't put the same message in different forums.
• Don't flood a forum with the same message.
• Do not flood the forums by posting individual messages for each item you have for sale or trade.
• Whenever possible, contact a poster direct via email. This isn't really a rule, just a guideline.
• Please do not use the boards to sell dubbed video tapes. If you are interested in buying a copied set of the cartoons, a list of reputable fan dubbers is at http://qktheatre.com/faq/. Trading cartoon tapes is acceptable, as is selling original videos (FHE or Kid Rhino, etc).
• Please do not use the boards to sell scanned copies of comics in any form.
• We reserve the right to delete posts older than four weeks old.
• YO JOE is not responsible for any transactions and cannot negotiate or become involved in any transactions.

GOOD TRADER/BAD TRADER BOARDS

• The trader boards are for the use of positive or negative feedback on two types of transactions only - transactions as a result of an advertisement placed on the Toy Ads boards OR transactions that occur on Ebay.
• Do not use the Good Trader/Bad Trader boards to praise or attack other online retailers, mail order businesses, brick and mortar retailers, or anyone who does not fall into the two criteria of Toy Ads or Ebay.
• Posts that do refer to businesses or entities that are not either posting on Toy Ads or Ebay will be deleted.

ALL BOARDS

• Profanity is not appreciated. Please refrain from using any language that'll anger our moms.
• If you see an objectionable post, please forward your complaint to yojoemoderator@hotmail.com.
• Please keep your signature under six lines long.
• If posting images, please keep them under 600 x 600 pixels. Also, only link pictures from pages or websites that are either yours or that you have permission to do so from.
• Please be descriptive in your subject heading. Non-descriptive titles may be edited to give readers a sense of what the topic is about.
• Do not bump posts every day (bumping is adding a message to your post for the sole reason of bringing it to the top of the boards). You may bump your thread every three days.
• No discussion about politics or religion, as these topics tend to lead to flame wars.

AND LASTLY

• Play nice, people. We don't want our parents to think this G.I.Joe stuff is a bad influence on us.
