In 1982 three different cardback versions were available: 9-back cards, 9-back cards with a Cobra Commander promotion on the front of the cards, and 11-back cards. Arguably, the 9-back cards and the 9-back cards with the Cobra Commander promotion offer are the most rare of the three versions since they were earlier than the 11-back cards.
