The Patriot Grizzly was released boxed as part of the Built To Rule line in 2004.
The Patriot Grizzly can be built into two different vehicles and featured firing missiles.

Hi-Tech came with the Patriot Grizzly and had no accessories. The body used was original, but based heavily on the mold used to create Hi-Tech (2004). Also of note is that the forearms and the calves sport places that you can attach blocks to. There was also additional articulation added with a mid-thigh cut joint.
