Raging Typhoon
w/ Blowtorch

The Raging Typhoon was released boxed as part of the new line, Built To Rule in 2003. Built To Rule blocks are similar to Lego blocks and are used to built the Vehicle for the figure to ride in. The Raging Typhoon has two different configurations, a large hovercraft, or four smaller attack vehicles. Built To Rule also follows the SpyTroops story line which is the story line for the 2003 year.

Blowtorch came with the Raging Typhoon and came with the helmet and hose seen below. The body was modified from Blowtorch (v2). Also of note is that the forearms and the calves sport places that you can attached blocks to.
