Description:
The Cobra Moccasin was released boxed as part of the new line, Built To Rule in 2003. Built To Rule blocks are similar to Lego blocks and are used to build the vehicle for the figure to ride in. The Cobra Moccasin can be built into two different vehicles, a speed boat and a snowmobile. Built To Rule also follows the SpyTroops story line which is the story line for the 2003.
Figure Information:
Cobra Moray came with the Cobra Moccasin and had no accessories. The body was modified from Cobra Moray (v1). Also of note is that the forearms and the calves sport places that you can attached blocks to.
