Description:
The Depth Ray was released boxed as part of the new line, Built To Rule in 2003. Built To Rule blocks are similar to Lego blocks and are used to build the vehicle for the figure to ride in. The Depth Ray can be built into two different vehicles, a submarine and a dune buggy. Built To Rule also follows the SpyTroops story line which is he story line for the 2003.
Figure Information:
Wet-Suit came with the Depth Ray and had no accessories. The body was modified from Wet-Suit (v7).
Also of note is that the forearms and the calves sport places that you can attached blocks to.
