Prototype: Firefighter Vehicle

This prototype was displayed as one of the cards in the G.I.Joe 30th Salute Trading Card set.

"After seeing the different variations of the "Hammer" vehicle, Hasbro designers were inspiried to create this vehicle as the entrant for a proposed firefighting segment of the GI Joe line. The vehicle was designed to use a pressurized water release mechanism being developed for a Tonka firefighting pickup truck in 1992. Work on this vehicle was stopped when the GI Joe firefighting segment was cancelled."
