In 1994 just before G.I.Joe was cancelled, Hasbro released two Star Brigade Power Fighters with the intention of releasing more. Pictured above is a resin and fiberboard prototype for another Power Fighter that was never produced.

The figure in the prototype is General Hawk (1993).
