Ninja Commandos
Planned for a 1995 release, the next ninja group for G.I.Joe was going to be the Ninja Commandos. However, G.I.Joe was cancelled in 1994 and the Ninja Commandos were never released.
The five Ninja Commandos were going to be-
Budo
Stormshadow
Road Pig
Flint
Knock-Out
Back in 1996, there were rumors that the Ninja Commandos actually ran through a production run of 10,000 figures and these figures were sitting unsold. However as of 2003, Hasbro had no record of these figures and it seems highly unlikely that they will ever be released.

Interestingly enough, Ninja Commando Budo did make it to store shelves in a recolored form and sold as the Mortal Kombat movie edition of Shang Tsung.
