Proposed 1997 G.I.Joe Boxed Sets

In late 1996, Hasbro announced that they were releasing two Real American Hero 4-packs. One would be G.I.Joe - the other Cobra. The figures were displayed at the 1996 G.I.Joe Convention and orders were solicited. However, in early 1997, these sets were cancelled in favor of a larger scale launch of G.I.Joe as a Toys R Us exclusive.
