Wacky Packages Trading Card - G.I.Toe (1989)

In 1989, Topps released Wacky Package Trading Cards, and this card featured their answer to G.I.Joe, G.I.Toe. We had originally thought it was a Garbage Pail Kids card until corrected. Thanks to Jonathan Monroe for the correction.
